Dr. Debanjana Dey

Research Assistant

Debanjana Dey is a Research Assistant at Research and Information System for Developing Countries. Her research interests are in Science Technology and Society (STS) Studies, Science-policy relationships, ecosystem and biodiversity studies, innovation systems and agricultural science and technology. She was awarded her PhD degree by the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) at CSIR- National Institute of Science Technology and Development Studies (CSIR-NISTADS), New Delhi. At CSIR-NISTADS, she was part of two projects funded by Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India and Department of Science and Technology. Prior to joining RIS, she was associated with ICSSR-NCDS, Bhubaneshwar and Foundation of Ecological Security, Gujarat. She has published research articles in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters and digital platforms.
